Application Process
When you apply to a Relay program, you take the first step towards beginning or improving your practices and career as an educator.
For Teachers
1. Interest Form
If you are looking to make an impact, but haven’t yet been hired by a school, learn more about the Relay Teaching Residency Placement Process.

2. Apply for Graduate and Certificate Programs
If you are ready to change lives and already secured your school placement, apply for our master's degree and certification programs.
You will begin by providing personal and education information, a resume & essay, and recommendations. All applicants, including those who went through Relay’s Residency Placement Program, will also need to provide the following supplementary materials:
- Official transcripts (including the transcripts showing your bachelor’s degree was conferred)
- State-specific certification exam results
- Basic Skill Requirements
Once you have completed your admissions application, stay in close touch with the school where you will be working, monitor your application status, and communicate regularly with your Relay Campus to ensure that all materials have been received, and accept your offer, if admitted.
